Our Brain Zapped Science series is designed with educators and students in mind. Each video is crafted to address curriculum standards while infusing a fun burst of knowledge into the ol' noggin. Educators can use them to kickstart topics or just get BRAIN ZAPPED for the fun of it.

Eliud George Garcia

Eliud George Garcia is a multifaceted producer, director, cinematographer, and editor based in McKinney, Texas. His work on corporate, broadcast and independent productions has been recognized with numerous industry awards.

His company, EGG Entertainment, Inc., provides creative video production services to a variety of companies including AT&T, Raytheon, Albertsons, and Lockheed Martin.

In 2006, he wrote, produced, directed, shot and edited the short film Brain Zapped, starring Selena Gomez. Brain Zapped received a Silver Remi Award at the Worldfest Houston International Film Festival. It was an official selection in the KidsFirst! Film Festival, the Gloria Film Festival, and a semi-finalist in the Moondance International Film Festival.

In 2011, he established Brain Zapped, LLC, an educational, media company that produces and develops original, engaging, educational content. The DVD release, Brain Zapped Science Volume One, received rave reviews. The School Library Journal gave it a starred review, saying, "Crisp, eye-catching videography, fast-paced action, and solid content combine to make this a winner." Video Librarian magazine gave it 3 out of 4 stars calling it: "An appealing program."

The Brain Zapped short "Reason for the Seasons" was awarded a KidsFirst! Best Winner in the Independent Short 8 - 12 years category.

Eliud George Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin.
